Module 05 | Setting Up for Success at Home

About this module

One of the most common things families worry about is structure. How do you create a homeschool day that’s organised enough to get things done — but flexible enough to actually live in?

Brett and Ellen help you think about your day as a rhythm, not a rigid timetable. That shift in framing matters more than it sounds. A rhythm gives your family a sense of flow and predictability without locking you into a schedule that falls apart every time life happens — and life always happens.

You’ll design a daily flow that makes space for learning, for breaks, for play, and for the unexpected — so that homeschooling feels sustainable, not exhausting.

In this module

  • How to design a realistic daily rhythm for your family
  • Finding the right balance between structure and flexibility
  • Making space for breaks, play and the unexpected
  • Why a rhythm works better than a rigid timetable
