I wanted to make sure that when I chose to homeschool my kids that they had a really well-rounded education.

Heidi

“My name is Heidi and I’ve been using the program for the last 3 years. Elias is now in Grade 7 and Declan is now in Grade 10. This is the third year that we’ve used Euka (formerly Complete Education Australia)and it’s worked so well, I highly recommend it.

I came across Euka (formerly Complete Education Australia) through my sister as she had been using it for a couple of years and highly recommended it. I had been using another company and it was not working so I tried your program and fell in love with it.

What I love the most about the program is that all the guesswork is done for me. I wanted to make sure that when I chose to homeschool my kids that they had a really well-rounded education.

I didn’t want their education to suffer because of my decision to homeschool and that was weighing heavily on me. When I saw your curriculum, I could see how thorough it was and how every subject was covered. That was the winner for me, particularly English.

So my youngest son was in Grade 5 at the time and had been really badly bullied in the 3 years leading up to that and I was unaware of how bad it got until the end of grade 4. I needed to do something and his health was starting to suffer, the poor little fella, so that’s when we decided to homeschool.

When we decided to homeschool my youngest son, my then High School age son, who was in Grade 7, liked the idea as well, so I thought let’s try it and what I found really easy was that the lessons were structured in such a way that they were tailored to their age really well. So it wasn’t that the High School stuff was too easy or that the Primary School staff was a little bit more difficult. It was a really smooth transition and I’ve never looked back.”

“I find a program really good and I would definitely recommend homeschooling. I would recommend it to any parent thinking of homeschooling, whether it’s just beginning or whether they’ve been using another program for a few years and are looking for something fresh.

It’s simple, everything’s there and you can pick and choose the lessons that suit your child. Euka (formerly Complete Education Australia) makes it so simple as a parent. You’ve got enough to worry about with looking after your children, you don’t need to become a scholar as well. This program does all of that for you, they’re very easy to communicate with and I highly highly recommend them. Do yourself a favour and do it.”

Declan – Grade 10

“My name is Declan, I am 15 and in grade 10. I’m totally happy with homeschooling. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything really because I’ve got a bunch of mates who do homeschooling as well.  We can organise things in the middle of the week if we want to and still be able to catch up and do all of our school work, so it’s much better for me.

It was easy to get used to as well, which is handy and it’s nice that it’s self-paced. As long as you get your work done before the holidays it was all good, so it was quite enjoyable. I totally recommend doing this program. It’s so much better than Distance Ed and stuff, well for me anyway, because I have a mate it does it and he’s pretty much locked down during the week when the rest of us are able to hang out have a good time.

It’s good because if you don’t get something, you can hang on it for a little bit more time and learn it properly. And if you do get something, you can fly through it and that’s really handy. It’s really good overall.”

Elias – Grade 7

“My name is Elias I am almost 13 and Grade 7. Before I was homeschooled there was a lot of bullying going on and even when there wasn’t bullying, the teacher brought a lot of stress onto me. The bullying was both physical and verbal, so when my Mum suggested homeschooling I lunged at the opportunity because I really did want to get out of school because I always felt bad. But since I have been homeschooling I am a lot happier. I find the program really good and I definitely recommend homeschooling.”
